Meet Sanjeev Jindal:

• Popularly known as “Cycle Baba” among the people of Bareilly, who has the great passion for cycle but he has other interests too, besides being a Long Distance Cyclist, he is a Consultant, Backpacker, Writer and Thinker with a vision to serve the needful and support the young students, especially studying in school.

• Born on 6th September, 1968 in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, he spent his early childhood at Nagrota Baghwan, Dist Kangara. After sometime, his family moved to Punjab as his father started his own business after leaving government job. In Punjab, he received his education from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial National Higher Sec. School at Mandi Ahmedgarh, Dist. Sangrur, Punjab. After clearing his High School, he went to the Dayal Singh College, Karnal, Haryana for 11th & Govt College, Chandigarh for the studies of 12th Std. He completed his graduation in commerce from Bareilly College, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

• He has the experience of 25 years in Architecture & Civil Engineering and has worked as a Consultant of business houses like Nandan Brass Industries, Jamnagar, Gujarat &  Firstech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bahadurgarh, Haryana. He has constructed around 80 Homes as an independent builder & he also worked as Chief Project Manager in Kingston Estate, Alliance Builders and Contractors Ltd., Rudrapur, Uttarakhand and  presently he is Director @ Sulakshana Sanitary Emporium, Bareilly, U. P. – distributors of various companies of hardware and kitchen accessories for entire state of U.P. and presently is also involved in doing Interiors with all the major architects of Bareilly and nearby cities.

Sanjeev is also interested in Academic Interactions as one of his aims of life is to share the knowledge and practical experience with students. Therefore, he has conducted various interactive sessions with the students of Architecture, Engineering & Management at:

• His father, Mr. Vinay Kumar Jindal was a scientist in Palampur Agricutural University, later he started his own business; at present he is helping Sanjeev in managing the business of ‘Sulakhana’. His mother Smt. Sudesh Jindal is a housewife. One of his siblings is in Judicial Services, another is senior doctor and another is working as his partner.
